About Just Right Place

Just Right Place (JRP) is a technology studio based in Scranton, Pennsylvania. Founded in 2021, the studio helps businesses wherever technology shows up — from custom software and AI integrations to IT infrastructure, phone systems, data strategy, document digitization, design, outreach, research, and geospatial work.

Bailey Simrell founded JRP after years of building software and leading work at a family-owned advertising agency. Bailey has been building software for over 14 years across web applications, digital products, and technical systems.

Past clients include Amazon Web Services, Makerpad, Anja Health, ERA One Source Realty, Cerminaro Construction, Lackawanna Connect, and others. JRP works with businesses locally in Northeastern Pennsylvania and nationwide, delivering most projects remotely while handling on-site work regionally when needed.

The studio also builds and operates its own products and platforms — including Lackawanna Connect, ScrantonAI, and QuantGPT — which keeps the team close to modern tooling and real-world delivery constraints.
