• When you give verbal permission or text in to our advertised business number, you consent to receive low-volume SMS from Just Right Place, LLC (JRP), including call summaries from our AI assistant "Finn", links, and appointment confirmations.
• Message frequency is limited and tied to your specific requests.
• Message and data rates may apply.
• To opt out, reply STOP at any time. For help, reply HELP or email contact@justright.pl.
• Consent is not a condition of purchase.

4. User Responsibilities

• Provide accurate and current information.
• Use our services only for lawful purposes.
• Maintain the security of your devices and accounts.

5. Prohibited Conduct

• Interfering with or disrupting our services or systems.
• Attempting to access data or systems without authorization or in violation of law.
• Infringing the rights of Just Right Place, LLC (JRP) or third parties.

6. Fees and Charges

Just Right Place, LLC (JRP) does not charge for SMS messages, but your mobile carrier may apply message and data rates.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to our services at any time. You may opt out of SMS at any time by replying STOP.

Services are provided on an as-is and as-available basis. We disclaim all warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Just Right Place, LLC (JRP) shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues.
